Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for used or damaged items.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

How to Return

  1. Start by completing our Return Form. Include the completed form with your returned item to help us process your return efficiently.
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure your item reaches us safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 5% will be applied to your refund to cover processing and inventory management costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account.
