Whether you are a complete beginner, a surfer or paddleboarder looking to add a new discipline, a Foil Drive rider ready to add wind power, or a visitor to the Treasure Coast who wants to make the most of their trip, this program was built for you. No prior experience is required.
We offer lessons in two-hour blocks. Book a single intro session, or pre-book multiple sessions for the best progression and best value. All gear is included at every level.
Level 1: Intro Session
What to expect: We build your wing control foundation on land before getting in the water. Not everyone is riding after the first session and that is normal. This lesson gives you the fundamentals to come back and progress fast.
Duration: 2 hours
Price: $350 per person
Perfect for: Complete beginners and first-time riders.
Best locations: Stuart Causeway, Jaycee Park
Level 2: Progression Session
What to expect: Most riders are now standing on the board, controlling the wing through turns, and building toward foil flight. Not yet flying consistently but riding with real confidence.
Duration: 2 hours
Price: $325 per person when you pre-book two sessions
Level 3: Foil Flight Session
What to expect: This is where most riders get their first foil flights. After this session most riders have enough foundation to continue progressing on their own.

Price: $300 per person when you pre-book the full three-session program

Most riders have a handle on the fundamentals after their first lesson, though most riders need multiple sessions before they are consistently flying on foil. Progress depends on athletic background, how often you can practice, and the conditions on any given day.
South Florida is the perfect place to learn to wing foil
The Treasure Coast runs on a frontal wind system. Cold fronts push consistent north and northwest winds through from November into April, which lines up with peak tourist and snowbird season. The Indian River Lagoon provides protected flat water that is ideal for beginners. You are not fighting ocean chop while you are trying to learn.
One thing worth knowing: Florida learners typically need a 7-meter wing. What you see riders using in Hawaii or Hood River does not apply here. We set students up with the right gear for actual local conditions, not social media conditions.
